Obtaining a Commission

To properly commission me, you must be at least 18 years of age for legal and business reasons. This is non-negotiable under any circumstances. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to this age requirement, and lying about age will result in the termination of the commission with no refund and a permanent blacklist from commissioning ever again.
For voice acting and rigging there are a couple of things I am not comfortable with making and any requests asking for these items will be denied with a possible blacklist.
I Will Not Voice Act
• Anything having to do with sympathizing with hate groups
• Anything glorifying or encouraging sexism, racism, or homophobia
I Will Not Rig a Character
• Having symbology or reference to a hate group

Commission Process

The Per Word Voice Commissions process has 4 main steps.
Information Gathering, First Revision, Second Revision, and Final Revision.
First, you can either provide me with a script or a detailed description of the voice acting you are looking for. Next I will record the lines and send you the .mp3 or .wav files. At that point, you can ask for revisions on any of the lines. I will rerecord the lines and send back a revised file.
You will only get a max of 3 changes before charges start to occur so please be specific about what you want when submitting your request. I have no problem fixing mistakes on my part but any changes you want must be communicated within the 3 revision steps.

Payment and Refund Policy

I currently work through VGen only for payment.
I DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ACCEPT CRYPTOCURRENCY.
If you are caught using cryptocurrency you will be refunded IMMEDIATELY and blacklisted IMMEDIATELY.
If for any reason you need to cancel the piece, please do so as soon as possible to make it the easiest for both yourself and me.
If the piece is canceled before I send the first work-in-progress, the full amount will be refunded.
For Voice Acting Commissions, if a file has been sent to the commissioner before the cancellation occurs, there will be no refund issued. You will just waive your rights to the revision steps.
For PNGPlus Rigging Commissions, refunds are only available until all sprites and assets have been correctly layered and linked - this is about half of the rigging process, where every sprite is linked together in an intricate chain to allow the movement to be rigged properly. After this step, there will be no refunds issued and you will get any of the work that has been completed. Additional Costumes are refunded on the same basis.
I will accept only three cancellations from a commissioner before they are not allowed to commission me anymore. Once you are in the queue and I have to refund you through Paypal, that counts as one cancellation.
I also reserve the right to turn down any commission whenever I deem necessary due to any circumstances before or during the commission process. Should I feel a termination of service is necessary, the termination will follow the cancellation refund policy.

Final Product Usage

Once the final product is finished, the file will be sent to you via the email or platform we used to communicate about the commission.
Once received, the commissioner may use the product where they would like as long as proper credit is given.
Also, while you retain all rights and ownership of your characters, I reserve the right to use the final product I created in any way I see fit.
You may use pieces in streams and on websites as long as credit is given.
You may not, under any circumstances, use my art for any kind of merch or retail use. To summarize all rights, commercial and reproductive, are the property of the artist. Therefore the artist is entitled to use the copyrighted artwork for; Promotion and advertising, publication of books, and display (digital and physical).
The commissioner is entitled to: Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use, print the art, claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself, and use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you infringe on the copyright of the commissioned piece in any way, you will lose your right to the work.
Copyright infringement consists of: Reproducing/using the piece for commercial use (meaning making money off the piece), taking credit for the creation of the piece, removal of any watermarks/signatures, and altering the artwork without the consent of the artist.
Failure to follow any of these rules will result in a blacklist from being able to work with me and possibly a Buyer's Beware. You are free to contact me at any time with questions or concerns.I ALSO DO NOT CONSENT TO ANY OF MY WORK COMMISSIONED OR OTHERWISE BEING USED IN AI !
If you are caught feeding any of my work into an AI generator, changing my work with AI, replicating my voice using AI or any other software, or any kind of association with AI "art", you will be blacklisted and a Buyer's Beware will be put out about you IMMEDIATELY.
